בְּרוּכִים הַבָּאִים Welcome

Building Jewish families, with halacha at heart.

Naviva walks with Jewish intended parents — and the remarkable women who carry for them — through medicine, law, and halacha, until a healthy baby is home and the joy is yours.

  • Preeminent rabbinic supervision
  • Attorneys who practice only ART law
  • One guide from match to bris

לְדוֹר וָדוֹר From generation to generation

Surrogacy is a big journey. You shouldn’t take a single step of it alone.

We founded Naviva for Jewish families who were told everything except how to actually do this — permissibly, safely, and with joy. Three commitments hold every journey together.

Halachic certainty

Every medical step follows a rabbinic protocol — supervised, witnessed, documented — so your child’s Jewish status is clear from day one and recognized in your community.

Legal protection

Surrogacy law changes from state to state. Our attorneys practice assisted-reproduction law exclusively — and secure your parentage before your baby is born.

Human warmth

You are never a case file. One coordinator stays with you from first call to homecoming — on the phone, at the clinic, and in the delivery room hallway.

שֵׁרוּתִים What we do

Every service a Jewish surrogacy journey needs, under one roof.

Matching & screening

We recruit, screen, and support gestational surrogates ourselves — medically, psychologically, and personally — then match you around values, chemistry, and trust.

Rabbinic guidance & supervision

From your first she’elah to lab hashgacha at retrieval, fertilization, and transfer — our rabbinic team builds the halachic pathway and walks it with you.

Legal representation

Gestational carrier agreements, pre-birth parentage orders, donor agreements, escrow — handled by attorneys who are subject-matter experts in surrogacy law.

Medical coordination

We work alongside leading fertility clinics — scheduling cycles, monitoring milestones, and keeping halachic and medical calendars in harmony.

Financial planning & escrow

A transparent budget before you commit, bonded third-party escrow throughout, and guidance to Jewish fertility grants and interest-free gemach loans.

After the birth

Status documentation for your community and schools, bris or simchat bat planning, and support through the first weeks at home — the simcha, organized.

Antique silver Judaica — a besamim spice tower, kiddush cups, and candelabra in warm light.

הֲלָכָה וּמִשְׁפָּט Halacha & Law

Led by a foremost rabbinic authority on surrogacy. Protected by attorneys who do nothing else.

Naviva’s halachic program is directed by a posek internationally recognized as a leading expert in reproductive halacha — surrogacy, egg donation, and maternal identity. Our legal panel, in turn, is made up of attorneys who practice assisted-reproduction law exclusively, in the states where your journey unfolds.

Scholarship on one side, statute on the other — and your family safely in the middle.

הַמַּסָּע The journey

Six steps, one steady hand.

  1. First conversation הַתְחָלָה

A private, unhurried call. Your story, your questions, your community’s standards — and an honest picture of timeline and budget.

  2. Halachic pathway הֲלָכָה

Our rabbinic team maps your protocol — donor considerations, supervision points, status planning — in consultation with your own rav whenever you wish.

  3. Your match הַתְאָמָה

Meet a fully screened gestational surrogate who chose your family as much as you chose her. No match moves forward without mutual excitement.

  4. Agreements & escrow מִשְׁפָּט

Independent counsel for both sides, a carrier agreement that protects everyone, funds held in bonded escrow, parentage strategy set before transfer.

  5. Pregnancy together הֵרָיוֹן

Supervised transfer, milestone updates, ultrasounds shared in real time — and support for your surrogate’s comfort and health at every visit.

  6. Welcome home בְּרִית

You’re in the room when your child arrives. We handle documents and discharge; you plan the bris or simchat bat. Mazal tov.

מוֹשִׁיבִי עֲקֶרֶת הַבַּיִת, אֵם הַבָּנִים שְׂמֵחָה — הַלְלוּיָהּ

“He settles the childless woman in her home as a joyous mother of children. Halleluyah.”

Tehillim 113:9
